- Every month, the first three judges (of each festival subscribed to the filmfestivaljury.com website) who have voted for the most films/scripts, participate in the monthly ranking of judges.
- Every month, filmfestivaljury.com adds up the films/scripts voted for by each of the first three judges of each festival, as resulting from the data provided by the film festivals themselves, over which filmfestivaljury.com has no control. Therefore, the judges participating in filmfestivaljury.com accept from now on the unchallengeability of such data, without prejudice to the provisions of the following point 10
- By the 10th day of the month following the contest, the first three judges who have voted for the most films/scripts will be awarded, adding up all the films/scripts they have voted for in all the festivals in which they have acted as judges.
- Coming soon, maybe, a fourth prize will be awarded by drawing lots among all the judges of the festivals subscribed to the website filmfestivaljury.com.
- The counting of the number of films/scripts voted by the judges does not take into account their length.
- To be eligible to participate in the ranking, you must have seen/read and voted for at least two feature films, 1 short script, 1 feature script. This rule does not apply to festivals that do not include feature films and/or scripts in competition. The festivals are required to carry out this check, the website filmfestivaljury.com is not responsible for the failure of the festivals to check this rule. Participants in filmfestivaljury.com accept the unquestionability of such checks by the festivals.
- To be eligible to participate in the ranking, you must have voted for a number no greater than 1000 films/scripts in total in the festivals in which you are a judge, and for no more than 4 festivals.
- In the event of a tie (same number reached), the prize will be divided into equal parts.
- Festivals subscribed to the filmfestivaljury.com website are required to send the data regarding their judges to the filmfestivaljury.com website no later than the 3rd day of the month following the contest. Data sent after this deadline will not be taken into consideration.
- The filmfestivaljury.com website has no control over the actual viewing or reading of films/scripts by the judges. If a festival believes that a judge is voting for films/scripts that he/she has not seen/read, it can report it and in this case the filmfestivaljury.com website can permanently ban the judge from the prize ranking. Participants in filmfestivaljury.com hereby accept the finality of this decision.
- The festivals eligible to have a judge participate in the monthly ranking of filmfestivaljury.com must have an active subscription to the filmfestivaljury.com website.
- The list of subscribed festivals is written on the filmfestivaljury.com website and constantly updated, therefore the judges are required to check whether the festivals for which they act as judges are actually subscribed to the filmfestivaljury.com website.
- It will also be the exclusive obligation of the festivals no longer subscribed to the filmfestivaljury.com website to notify the judges in time so that they can decide whether to continue voting for these festivals even though they no longer have the possibility of entering the ranking and winning the monthly cash prizes.
- The submission of the judges to the filmfestivaljury.com website is free but subject to an unquestionable selection through resume by the filmfestivaljury.com website; registration implies consent to the processing of data transmitted to filmfestivaljury.com for the sole purposes related to the running of the competition.
- Subscription of a festival on the filmfestivaljury.com requires a monthly or annual fee.
